Venison Boiled Dinner
(Pressure Cooker)
Ingredients:
1 lb. sliced venison chops/steak
3-4 stalks fresh celery
4-6 large whole carrots (Peeled)
4 Medium sized potatoes (Peeled)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbls. Beef Base
1/2 cup flour (Place in bowl to roll venison in before searing)
Optional: 1/2 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Place a medium sized pan on the stove and heat with oil/butter. Once the pan is hot, roll the strips of venison in flour and place in the pan to sear/brown on both sides (30-60 seconds per side). Place the venison in the pressure along with the vegetables that have been cut into desired size. Dissolve the beef base in 3 cups of water and pour over the vegetables and meat. Sprinke with garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes in electric pressure cooker (Instant Pot), serve and enjoy!
