Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Venison
BBQ Sauce
Hot Peppers
Butter or Margarine
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Big Country Biscuits
Cupcake Pan
BBQ Sauce
Hot Peppers
Butter or Margarine
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Big Country Biscuits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or whatever your biscuit roll directions say. Brown venison in butter or margarine in skillet and add BBQ sauce and hot pepper to taste. Grease cupcake pan to prevent sticking. Flatten each biscuit and form it around the inside of the cupcake section. Fill each biscuit with meat mixture and cover with shredded cheese. Bake in oven until biscuits are done.
