Dijon Pheasant
Ingredients:
4 Pheasant Breasts
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
Combine olive oil, mustard, lemon pepper, lemon juice, bouillon and salt in bowl and mix well. Pour mixture over pheasant in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until done.
