Fast & Easy Pheasant
Ingredients:
4 Pheasant Breasts
¼ Cup Butter
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
¼ Cup Butter
1 Tbsp Dried Basil
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
Directions:
Leave bone in and skin on pheasant breasts. Melt butter and brush on each breast. Sprinkle each breast with basil and garlic salt, using more or less of each to suit your taste. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approx. 1 hour or until golden brown.
