Bear Chops
Ingredients:
4-6 Bear Chops
1/4 Cups of Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Cream of Celery Soup
1 Pkg. Dried Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbls. Beef Soup Base
1/8 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Crushed Rosemary
2 Cups Water
1/4 Cups of Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Cream of Celery Soup
1 Pkg. Dried Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbls. Beef Soup Base
1/8 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Crushed Rosemary
2 Cups Water
Directions:
In skillet, brown chops in butter and remove from pan. Saute' garlic in same pan 1 minute. Add soups, soup base, seasonings and water and blend until smooth. Add chops and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with wild rice or egg noodles.
